Application Checked Thoroughly

We assist with the preparation and assembly of all required application documents. Our team provides comprehensive support and guidance ensuring all material are meticulously organized before they reach the university admissions department

Every Document Ready for Your Application

A successful U.S. university application depends on every piece working together: your academic history, personal narrative, financial proof and English proficiency must all tell one consistent story.

That is where Omar & Co Consulting comes in. We help you prepare and assemble your complete application package and check the requirements for every university on your shortlist, before you spend money on a credential evaluation or test.

Before anything is submitted, our team reviews it thoroughly, because a document returned for correction can cost you an entire intake, not just a week. With Omar & Co Consulting, you can submit with confidence.

Our Documentation Work

Credential Evaluation

Statement of Purpose

Coaching and review. You write it, we help you sharpen it.

Financial Documentation

Documents That Cause Most Delays

Getting them right the first time keeps your admission and your I-20 on schedule.
Credential Evaluation

We help with passport applications and renewals, U.S. visa applications, I-94 travel records, and related travel documents. Our team guides you through the required forms, documentation, and next steps to simplify the process.

Statement of Purpose

Your statement of purpose is your own story, written for each program. We coach you through structure, program fit and clarity, then review your drafts. The words stay yours.

Financial Documentation

Universities need proof of funds covering at least the first academic year before a DSO can issue your I-20. We help you gather and organize your bank statements, sponsor letter and supporting documents in the format each school asks for.

What U.S.
Universities Ask For?

Most applications require official transcripts from every school you have attended, degree certificates, a statement of purpose, letters of recommendation and an English proficiency score such as TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo. Since you are already in the U.S., schools will also ask for your passport, visa and I-94 record, plus your current Form I-20 if you hold F-1 status.

Every university sets its own requirements, so our team confirms exactly what each school on your shortlist needs. A credential evaluation and certified translations are usually required only for records from outside the U.S., and some schools waive the English test if you have already studied at a U.S. institution. Knowing this in advance means you order and prepare only the documents that count.

Do I need a WES evaluation to apply to a U.S. university?
Not always. Each university sets its own rules, and an evaluation is usually only required for records from outside the U.S. We confirm what your shortlisted schools accept, including whether they require WES or allow another evaluator.
It’s a detailed review of your foreign transcripts that lists each course, its U.S. credit equivalent, and your grades. Many universities use it to decide admission and transfer credit.
Requirements vary by school, but most want recent statements, often from the last three to six months. We confirm the exact format and timeframe for each university on your shortlist.
Yes, in many cases. Schools usually ask for a sponsor letter and the sponsor’s supporting financial documents. We help you organize them the way each school expects.
Often, yes, but not always. Some schools waive the English test if you have already studied at a U.S. institution. We check each university’s requirement before you spend money on a test.
No. Your statement should be your own story and in your own words. We coach you through structure and program fit, then review your drafts and help you sharpen them.
